POETRY WORKSHOPS
Triskel is continuing to host Wednesday evening
workshops coordinated by James Cummins and Rachel Warriner - poets and
organisers of SoundEye, Ireland's largest experimental poetry
festival. The workshops are free and open to all, but booking
is essential by calling 086 0843093 or emailing
soundeyeworkshops@gmail.com
The workshops explore innovative and experimental writing, concentrating
particularly on poetry that has been written in the last 50 years. Every week a
particular work is discussed and read, playing close attention to language,
form and its context.
Anna Lindh Foundation
Triskel Arts Centre is Head of Network (HoN) for the Anna Lindh Foundation in Ireland. We look forward to the opportunity this role will provide to work in partnership with other network members in Ireland, and in the other 42 member countries of the organisations looking at ways of promoting dialogue between cultures and respect for diversity through cultural activiites.
